Authors' Lounge @ Mandarin Oriental Bangkok

This is famous "Author's Lounge".
It exists in the Author's Wing, which looks a colonial style with history.
Did William Somerset Maugham enjoyed the afternoon tea here before, too?

I found the photograph of the Crown Prince and Princess of Japan.
There is also the photograph of the Prince of Wales and Diana.

The place is very comfortable.

One beautiful staff asked me "How do you say A HAPPY NEW YEAR in Japanese?"

The day was a New Year's Eve.

I happily replied to her because I was very glad of her warm heart for the Japanese guests.
Actually, the hospitality of Mandarin Oriental Bangkok is very very wonderful.
